Deliveries during COVID-19
During this unsettled period, we are striving to continue serving our customers with the same exceptional service as always.
Our internal systems, supply chain and use of technology has given us the ability to stay productive and help you keep your business moving forward. We would like to take this opportunity to assure you we are still open for business with our office and warehouse teams working full steam ahead to get orders out the door! However, there may be some disruption to courier services - particularly to our overseas customers - over the coming weeks.
The below information is taken from DPD's website and will be updated regularly to keep you as informed as possible.
Please see below for the most recent update. 18/05/2020.
Please note: There are countries where non-essential shops and businesses are closed; therefore, we may check before shipping that you are able to receive parcels, to avoid unnecessary costs. In each country, the courier will attempt delivery where possible and return to us at HTS if they are unable to gain access.
